Placing an order for goods on hairbeautyproductsdirect.co.uk indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website at any time and without prior notification. We cannot guarantee the availability of our website and that it will operate continuously or error free.

Postage & Packaging

On all orders with a value of over £50.00 the delivery charge is free. On all orders under £50 a charge of £3.00 will be made.

Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post. Delivery should take 1 - 3 working days. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to postal delays or if an item is out of stock.

All orders received by 3pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank holidays) will be despatched same day. All orders received after 3pm will be despatched on the next working day.

Prices and Payments

We reserve the right to change any prices

All prices are VAT inclusive

Payment will be debited and cleared and debited from your account before the dispatch of your goods.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and we may share your personal information with such parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks.

Product Specifications

Whilst great care has been taken to ensure that all images and descriptions are an accurate representation of the products, slight variations may occur.

Orders & Delivery's

We reserve the right to refuse any orders from outside the UK or charge extra postage. We reserve the right to refuse any orders.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability and maybe withdrawn at anytime.

Incorrect Goods

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify us of any incorrect goods received within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Cancellations

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act you can cancel your order up to 7 days after you receive your goods, refunds will be made on receipt of factory sealed un-used goods.

Returns Policy

Items sent out may only be returned within 14 working days

Refunds may take up to 14 days. It may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear as cleared in your credit/debit card account

Damaged Goods

Please return it to us within 14 days including all packaging. We will then refund your card or send a replacement.
